Create a strategic plan for your business in a weekend
You want to feel energized. To fall back in love with your business. To level up in a big way. To spend time with other people who get it. To escape the pre-holiday wintertime in beautiful Scottsdale, Arizona.
What you lack isn't information. In fact, just like Dorothy learns at the end of the rainbow, you have everything you need inside you to be as successful as you know you can be. Join us and click your heels.
What you need is some dedicated time around people who are going through the same thing.
People who work in giant corporations get this interaction. The spark that happens when everyone is working toward the same goal. But to get those breakthroughs when you're working alone is damn near impossible.
An all-inclusive three-day retreat designed to help you reach your business goals
Your ideas are better than you think.
But ideas don't grow in a vacuum. And they especially don't grow when you're so busy working in your business that you don't give yourself any time to take a step back to work on your business.
This retreat is a three-day workshop designed to help you get ideas from your peers about what's working (and what isn't!) in business.
This rich, immersive, focused, fun weekend is designed to help you:
Evaluate the last 12 months
Objectively evaluate what the last year looked like for your business, looking for patterns. What worked?
Learn from the group
Find best practices from other entrepreneurs who have been there, tried that.
Plan out all of 2021
Take what you've learned, plus what you already have, to make next year your best one yet.
Learn how to use what you already have to do the right things for your business.
What will we do at this retreat?
I've always said if you get a bunch of smart people into a room they need very little structure to make something amazing, so I want to make sure we have space for that particular kind of magic.
That said, we'll also have some structure. When you arrive on Thursday night, we'll have dinner (all diets accommodated!) and do our first exercise. The rest of the weekend will follow suit: morning and afternoon workshops, sharing with the group, getting feedback and ideas.
You'll leave Sunday after our morning workshop with a full tummy, a filled cup, and direction.
Brainstorming. Workshops to figure out where you're going and how you're going to get there. All in the safest, most nurturing environment we can conjure up.
What can you accomplish when you're allowed to dream big and get encouragement without judgement from the people who can lift you up?
I for one can't wait to find out.
And if that's not enough, let's talk about accomodations.
The retreat will be held in November 2020 at a swanky Scottsdale home where you'll enjoy:
Luxury accomodations in a beautiful private home with a pool and hot tub
Option for your own (or shared) bedroom
Chef-prepared meals to accomodate all eating plans
Time to relax and enjoy your surroundings
Who is this retreat for?
Online business owners. Bloggers. Media personalities. Entrepreneurs. Consultants. Women. Men. Non-binary. Writers. Anyone who makes their living online. Anyone craving some in-person connection with people who speak their same language. Friends.
Basically, if something about this speaks to you, you should join us.
My gut instinct is that people who think they want something like this are exactly the people we want here. I've been talking about wanting to do something like this for years, and it's time. I'd love for you to be there.
The retreat is perfect for you if:
You have an online business, and it's your primary source of income (or it could be)
You love the idea of spending a weekend with other like-minded people
You could use some time to spend ON your business
You're good at giving and receiving feedback
You want to explore how you can take what you already have and turn it into something bigger
You want to hang out with other brilliant creative entrepreneurs
The retreat is not the right fit for you if:
You see online business as a hobby
You'd rather sit in the back and not contribute to the conversation
You have a hard time with feedback, even if it comes from a place of love and support
You don't like hanging out in small groups
You're not interested in lifting people up
"What if I don't know anyone who's going?" you might ask. But don't let that stop you.
This isn't a gathering of people who are all already best friends. It's not a clique. It's a group of people who will leave the weekend with new strong connections, no matter how many people you knew coming in.
